怀安县一墩青农村社区发展促进会于2009年11月在怀安县民政局注册成立，业务主管单位是怀安县扶贫开发办公室。本促进会拥有会员64名，其中女性36名，农民会员62名，成立大会通过了促进会章程，选举产生了7名理事组成的理事会，女性3名，其中理事长1名，副理事长2名，秘书长1名，理事3名；作为一个新生的草根组织，我们有极大发展的热情去建设我们的家乡 。 The Huai'AnYidunqing Rural Community Development Association was founded in November 2009 in the Huai'an County Civil Affairs Bureau, overseen by theHuai'an County Office of Poverty Alleviation and Development. The association has a membership of 64 people, of which 36 of them are women and 62 are farmers. Upon satisfying the regulations of the establishment of the general assembly by the association, the elected council was composed of seven members, three of which were women, including a chairman, two vice chairman, a secretary-general, and three other members. Because of its long growing season and high stress resistance, the local farmers named it "Yidunqing", also translating to "Yidunqing".
