1、项目简介/The Project Introduction 小毛驴市民农园创建于2008年4月，占地230亩，位于北京西郊著名自然风景区凤凰岭山脚下、京密引水渠旁，是由北京市海淀区政府、中国人民大学共建的新农村建设产学研基地，具体运营由国仁城乡（北京）科技发展中心团队负责。 Little Donkey Farm was founded in April 2008, covering 230 mu (Chinese Acre=1/6 acre) at the foot of Phoenix Ridge Mountain and next to Jingmi Canal in the western suburban natural scenic area of Beijing. It was co-founded by the government of Haidian District and Renmin University of China as a production, learning and research base of new rural construction. It is operated by GuorenUrban-rural Technology Development Center in Beijing. 小毛驴市民农园在种植方式上采用自然农业技术，尊重自然界的多样性，遵循种养殖结合的原理，重视传统农耕文化和乡土知识的传承；在经营模式上采取社区支持农业（CSA）的经营理念，为市民提供蔬菜配送和菜地租种服务；倡导健康、自然的生活方式，并希望重建乡村和城市社区和谐发展、相互信任的关系。 Little Donkey Farm crops plants using natural agricultural technology, respecting the diversity of nature, following the principle of combining cultivation and crop, emphasizing traditional farming culture, and inheriting indigenous knowledge. The business model is based on the Community Supported-Agriculture’s (CSA) operation philosophy, which supplies the public with vegetables, rents land to grow vegetables, and advocates a healthy and natural life style. It is also trying to rebuild a harmonious development and mutual trusted relationship between rural and urban communities. 小毛驴市民农园同时还推动适用技术研发、儿童自然教育、人才培养、可持续生活倡导和全国CSA网络建设等多方面的公益项目，并一直秉承社会企业的经营理念，以社会综合收益最大化为发展目标。 Little Donkey Farm promotes the development of applicable technologies, children's nature education, personnel training, sustainable living advocate and National CSA network construction, and many other public projects. It adheresto the business philosophy as social enterprises to maximize the social benefit as the development goals. 2012年，产学研基地项目在北京市海淀区苏家坨镇柳林村推广，国仁城乡（北京）科技发展中心与柳林村村委会合作共同启动了“小毛驴柳林社区农园”，进一步探索城市和农村社区的互助模式！In 2012, the production, learning and research project was promoted in Liulin village, Sujiatuo town, Beijing Haidian District. A Liulin Division of Little Donkey Farm was jointly started by Guoren Urban and Rural (Beijing) Science and Technology Development Center and Liulin Village Committees to further explore the mutual aid model between urban and rural communities. 目前，农园已经初步形成一个包含有机农产品产销、市民租地、生态农业示范、参观体验、社会参与、培训教育、人才培养、技术研发、环境保护、理论研究与政策倡导等多领域的综合农业发展平台，继续为探索中国城乡统筹和可持续发展道路而努力！ Currently, the farm has already taken steps to form production and sales of organic food, farm land rental, ecological agriculture demonstration, visits and experience, community involvement, training and education, personnel training, technology research and development, environmental protection, the theoretical research and policy advocacy and many other fields of agriculture development platform. It continues to explore a balanced and sustainable growth path for China's urban and rural areas. 2、项目定位/Project Orientation 借鉴国内外CSA经验，遵循“三低三高”（即低耗能、低污染、低投入；高起步、高产出、高品味）的原则，通过建立一套可持续的农业生产和生活模式，基本实现园区内部的生态循环，建立园区的生态经济体系；倡导并实践“发展生态农业、支持健康消费、促进城乡互助”的行动理念，推动食品安全、生态文明与城乡良性互动，促进中国城乡统筹和可持续发展。 According to past international and domestic CSA experience, it followed the “Three low and three high” principle (i.e. low energy consumption, low pollution, low investment; high initial start, high output, high quality).
